PRON: AX8F1113AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm-Fixed Price ONE TIME BUY contract, a quantity of 300 each of a BIFILAR ASSY; NSN: 1615-01-127-7388, P/N: 70107-08400-046, applicable to the BE UH-60 (Blackhawk) weapon system.

Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) for BIFILAR ASSY; NSN: 1615-01-127-7388, P/N: 70107-08400-046 is 300 each, 605 Days after Contract Award (DACA). PLT without FAT for BIFILAR ASSY; NSN: 1615-01-127-7388, P/N: 70107-08400-046 is 300 each, 403 DACA with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX, 75507-5000.

This requirement is restricted to TIMKEN AEROSPACE TRANSMISSIONS, LLC, CAGE CODE: 15152, ROTAIR INDUSTRIES, INC., CAGE CODE: 54878, AND SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, CAGE CODE: 78286.

This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s).All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
