Background

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, transportation, supervision, and equipment necessary for the following tasks:

1. Payment for Wetland In-Lieu Fee as described in project documents.
2. Raising and widening existing gravel roads as specified in project documents.
3. Implementing safety improvements at Vicker's Corner, which can be exercised within 120 days of project award.
4. Replacing and milling/overlaying culverts as detailed in project documents, also exercisable within 120 days of award.
5. Providing pavement on roadways as outlined in project documents, with similar timing for option exercise.

Period of Performance
Base period of performance is 555 calendar days from the date of award with options that may extend up to an additional 120 calendar days each.

The construction projects will be performed at NSA Cutler located in Cutler, Maine.
