Description

The requirement was not available for competition. The Authority for other than full and open competition was FAR 6.302-5 Authorized or Required by Statute.

The SBA accepted the Agency offering as SBA Requirement Number HO1616179299R for sole source award to a Certified 8(a) small business concern in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)(1)) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.8, and the executed Partnership Agreement (PA) between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Department of Defense. The 8(a) small business concern is owned by an Alaska Native Corporation.

The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform bid-build repair of the Pentagon Transit Center (PTC) Bridge and bus loop within the Pentagon Reservation near the PTC in Arlington, VA.
