This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912LN-19-Q-0012 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Winter Athletic Garments Brand Name or Equal identified in this solicitation. All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 339920 and the Small Business Size Standard is 750.

The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the vendor's responsibility to request and receive confirmation of quote receipt. All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted via email NLT 23 April 2019 to Michael.l.follett.civ@mail.mil. Questions with Answers will be consolidated and posted back to FBO as an amendment NLT 26 April 2019. Please submit quotes by 13 May 2019, 12:00 p.m (Noon). Eastern Standard Time.
