The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is hereby issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for production, engineering and other services in support for Battle Force Tactical Training (BFTT) and Advanced Training Domain (ATD) scope. Related Notices N00024-20-R-5605 and N00024-21-R-5107 were previously posted to the SAM Gov website.

This procurement is being solicited as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The RFP and associated attachments in this announcement supersede all previous documents made available to the public. The Government intends to award this procurement as a total small business set aside. Background
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for production, engineering, and other services in support of Battle Force Tactical Training (BFTT) and Advanced Training Domain (ATD) scope. The procurement is being solicited as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The RFP and associated attachments in this announcement supersede all previous documents made available to the public. Work Details
The contract requires the production of various items including First Article Unit (FAU), Battle Force Tactical Training (BFTT), BFTT Operator Council Production, Engineering Support, Other Direct Costs (ODC), Travel, and Storage/Warehousing. The quantities, units, unit prices, and amounts for each item are detailed in the solicitation. Additionally, the solicitation includes tables establishing stepladder pricing for Option Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs).

Place of Performance
The products will be installed on US naval vessels including Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and at selected shore sites.
