Background
UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under the North American Industry Classification System code 313240, Knit Fabric Mills. The contract aims to fulfill the needs of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support by providing Berry Amendment compliant liner cloth pre-cuts used in manufacturing various styles of trunks. This requirement is set aside for small businesses with a size standard of 500 employees.

The contract will be a five-year, fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one base year and four option years.

Work Details
The contract includes the following key details regarding the products to be delivered:
- Item: Berry Amendment Liner Cloth, pre-cuts
- Guaranteed Minimum Quantity: 1,000 each
- Not-to-exceed Quantity for Life of Contract: 483,000 each
- Compliance: Items must be 100% USA domestic only and manufactured entirely in the United States, including raw materials.
- Delivery Terms: FOB Destination to UNICOR locations in Englewood, CO; Pekin, IL; and Waseca, MN. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday between specified hours.
- Documentation Required: Each shipment must include a Certificate of Conformance (COC), applicable physical test results, and a packing slip as conditions for acceptance.

Products will be delivered to UNICOR facilities located in Englewood, CO; Pekin, IL; and Waseca, MN.
