BEQ IAQ Monitor System Bldgs HP295 & WC195

Background
The project is issued by the Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, under Solicitation No. N40085-26-R-9058. The goal of this contract is to install an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Monitor System in Buildings HP295 and WC195, enhancing the air quality monitoring capabilities within existing barracks systems.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision required for the installation of duct-mounted Indoor Air Quality Sensors with BACnet MS/TP communications in the return ductwork at designated locations. Tasks include:
- Routing all conduit, fittings, wire, and backboxes to sensor locations confined to mechanical rooms, shafts, or ceiling plenums, avoiding occupied barracks living spaces.
- Installing a new JACE9000 supervisory controller in the existing BAS Supervisory Controller Cabinet and integrating it with the new sensors.
- Running a new BACnet MS/TP trunk to the sensors.
- Providing engineering design, submittals, as-builts, and O&M manuals.
- Managing the project and coordinating with customer team support.
- Offering a 1-year warranty on the work performed.

Period of Performance
All work must be completed within 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Place of Performance
MCB Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

Only Mechanical MACC Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page may submit proposals for this project. The opportunity is set aside for Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must have appropriate contractor licensing and bonding capabilities.
