BEQ BB200-BB300 Area Paint & Flooring Repairs

Background
The contract is issued by the ROICC Camp Lejeune for the BEQ BB200-BB300 Area Paint & Flooring Repairs project. The mission of the agency is to maintain and improve facilities at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, ensuring they meet operational readiness standards. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary repairs and upgrades to the specified buildings in the Camp Lejeune area.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision required to prep, paint, and replace flooring systems in the following buildings: BB260, BB265, BB270, BB274, BB275, and BB355 located at Court House Bay Camp Lejeune. Specific tasks include:

1. Painting all previously painted surfaces (interior and exterior) including walls, doors, door frames, and window frames.
2. Repairing cracks, holes, and damaged surfaces to ensure a solid foundation for painting.
3. Cleaning and treating mold and mildew areas.
4. Applying finish surfacing compounds as needed.
5. Replacing damaged or rotten trim boards and securing loose components.
6. Priming repaired surfaces with latex KILZ 2 or equivalent.
7. Applying two coats of latex paint on various surfaces including metal, interior walls, wood trim, and doors.
8. Ensuring proper preparation for adhesion on all surfaces before painting.
9. Covering furniture and protecting building components during work.
10. Removing and reinstalling electrical/data switch covers for repainting.
11. Special scheduling for work areas to ensure minimal disruption.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period that extends until approximately July 17, 2026.
