UPDATE:

The purpose of amendment 0001 to 2031ZA20N00040 is the following:

First, to provide a link to register for a virtual industry day for this acquisition. Please see attached flyer for additional details and registration link.

Second, to provide draft versions of sections L and M of the solicitation, and an updated version of the Division 01 document.

Third, attached are responses to questions received from our previous RFI posting.

Interested offerors are encouraged to submit questions that will be addressed at the virtual industry day.

Please submit questions to Joseph.Pishioneri@bep.gov no later than Thursday, July 9th at 5pm EST.

This Notice is an amendment of original sources sought notice ID # 2031ZA20N00033. The purpose of this sources sought amendment is to change the contracting officer from Stephanie Bellanger to Joseph Pishioneri (joseph.pishioneri@bep.gov), and take feedback, questions and clarification requests from industry on the following attachments:

  • PWS for the Indefinite delivery-Indefinite Quantity Contract (MATOC)
  • Statement of Work's for A/E Lab Renovations
  • DDV. 01 Document for A/E
  • Statement of Work for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Air Handler
  • Statement of Work for General Construction task- Window Replacement
  • Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan
  • Pricing Attachment Sample

If you previously responded to notice 2031ZA20N00033 by providing your capability statements, you do not need to re-submit capabilities. If you haven't submitted your capabilities and are interested in being considered, please submit a capabilities statement to joseph.pishioneri@bep.gov. Should the Government decide to hold a virtual industry day, additional details will be provided.

A total small business set aside is anticipated.
