BENEFEDS PreSolicitation Notice   4

A competitive open market solicitation will be forthcoming for the recompete of the BENEFEDS requirement related to the Request for Information 24361820S0002 which closed 09/16/2020. BENEFEDS services are currently being performed under contract OPM3517C0002, which will expire on 12/31/2022. The new solicitation will include a start-up period prior to performance of approximately 6 months (07/01/2022 through 12/31/2022) for the awardee to perform start-up activities and obtain the required Information Technology Authorization To Operate (ATO) before services begin performance on 01/01/2023.

A list of the names of parties which have previously expressed an interest in this solicitation has been provided for your information. Do not contact OPM asking to have your name added to this list. OPM will not accept any requests to have names added to the list.

Interested parties, take note: The prime offeror and ALL subcontractors will be required to have and maintain active SAM registrations to participate in this solicitation, not subject to any offsets, and not have any active exclusions. Each Offeror is responsible to ensure that their registration is compliant, and that all parties you will propose as subcontractors maintain compliant status between now and 08/31/2022.

In order to maintain procurement integrity, DO NOT contact anyone at OPM, including any Contract Specialists or Contracting Officers listed in this notice to inquire about the content of the solicitation in advance of the solicitation release date.
