Benchmarking and Disseminating HRSA RWHAP Data

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking a contractor to maintain and develop data dashboards and benchmarking for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP). The contractor will utilize RWHAP Services Report (RSR) data, AIDS Drug Assistance Program Report (ADR) data, and other data sources to create internal and external dashboards. The contractor will also be responsible for communicating HIV care and RWHAP data, implementing benchmarking methodologies, and addressing risk adjustment in public health and clinical practice. The contractor must provide a detailed technical approach for the entire project lifespan, including personnel descriptions, project work plan, time schedule, and deliverables. The contractor's experience and capability relative to the project requirements will also be evaluated.
