Background
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking qualified sources to provide bearings as part of a procurement process. This solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with applicable regulations and utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The goal of this contract is to acquire specific bearing components necessary for naval operations, emphasizing the importance of sourcing from small businesses, including service-disabled veteran-owned and women-owned small businesses.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of the following bearing items:

1. BEARING, SLEEVE, JOURNAL, EB4222, ELECTRIC BOAT PIN H625-0306A-48, ORK.OT PIN GBND010769TXMM OR KAMATICS PN KJP109899V-11; NICUAL QQ-N-286 CLASS A. MUST BE FROM THE SAME MANUFACTURER AS ITEM 3 - Quantity: 1 EA

2. Same as Item 1; must be from the same manufacturer as Item 4 - Quantity: 1 EA

3. BEARING, SLEEVE, JOURNAL, EB4222, ELECTRIC BOAT PIN H625-0306A-7, ORK.OT PIN GBND010765TXMM OR KAMATICS PN KJP109899V-13; must be from the same manufacturer as Item 1 - Quantity: 1 EA

4. Same as Item 3; must be from the same manufacturer as Item 2 - Quantity: 1 EA

All quotes must include freight in the pricing and specify the country of origin for each line item.

Period of Performance
The required delivery date (RDD) is July 17, 2025.
