This solicitation will result in an IDC with a three year base period and two, one year option periods with a minimum quantity of 642 each and a maximum quantity of 2569 each. The required delivery schedule is 210 days After First Article approval, FOB destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
