Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing this contract for the procurement of materials necessary for the construction of exclosures to protect natural resources. The goal is to fabricate and deliver three rail steel jacks (legs) that meet specific requirements for use in these exclosures. This contract supports BLM's mission to manage public lands for multiple uses while ensuring the protection of natural resources.

Work Details
The contractor is required to fabricate and deliver three rail steel jacks (legs) as follows:
- Quantity: 329 Each
- Product/Service Code: 9520
- Product/Service Description: Structural Shapes
- Specifications:
- Outside diameter of pipe: 2-3/8” to 3”
- Tops of legs must be capped.
- Angle of legs shall not exceed 45 degrees.
- Pipe legs and internal sleeves must be made from 14-gauge pipe, non-galvanized, non-painted.
- Internal sleeves must be a minimum of 6” in length with an outside diameter of 1-1/4” to 1-1/2”.
- Delivery Location: Bureau of Land Management, Boise District Office Warehouse, 1962 Commerce Avenue, Boise, ID 83705.
- Delivery Timeframe: Within 45 days after receipt of order (ARO). All delivery costs must be included in the unit price.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 45 days after receipt of order.
