Please see attached Request for Quote and Brand Name Justification for Bauer Certified Technicians. Please submit quotes in accordance with 52.212-1 ADDENDUM, Instructions to Offerors starting on Pg. 23 of the attached RFQ. Please submit the following Volumes with your quote: Volume I- Price, Volume II- Technical Capability, and Volume III - Contractor Responsibility.

Background
The Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD) is seeking a contractor to provide routine maintenance for Bauer Compressors. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and reliability of the compressors used in training and operational environments.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform preventative maintenance on two Bauer Unicus III compressors and two Open Horizontal compressors located at NAVSCOLEOD facilities. Maintenance tasks include diagnostics and full maintenance support as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include:
- Routine preventive maintenance during normal working hours (0800-1600) Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including OSHA.
- Maintenance procedures as per Bauer O&M manual MNL-0375 October 22, 2009.
- Detailed service reports within two days post-service including equipment descriptions and service performed.
- Replacement of parts as needed and coordination for repairs outside the maintenance scope.

Period of Performance
Base Period: 19 FEB 2025 – 18 FEB 2026; Option Periods: 19 FEB 2026 – 18 FEB 2030 (four additional one-year options).
