BattleLab Expansion

Background
The Government is seeking a small business vendor for the delivery and installation of new office furniture and cubicles, along with the disposal of preexisting furniture.
This requirement is part of the BattleLab Expansion initiative, aimed at enhancing workspace efficiency and functionality.
The agency involved is the United States Space Force, which focuses on ensuring national security through space operations.

Work Details
The contractor shall manage ordering, shipment, delivery, and installation of all new furniture and cubicles from manufacturer to final acceptance by designated Government Project Managers (GPMs).
Specific tasks include:
- Disassembling and removing existing cubicles and specified furniture.
- Creating, delivering, and installing new office workplace furniture.
- Connecting furniture to electrical power.
- Providing ongoing servicing or replacement of any items defective due to manufacturing error at no cost to the government.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, permits, DoD, AF requirements.
- Providing customer service during normal duty hours (0730-1630 hours) Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Conducting site evaluations to ensure proper fit of new furniture within the given space.
Design services must include:
- Space planning and programming.
- Site verification and material selection.
- Providing a complete design that considers site conditions and customer requirements.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Schriever Space Force Base.
