Battlefield Staff Rides (BSR), 7th ATC, CATC   3

Background
The Combined Arms Training Center (CATC) manages and conducts the USAREUR-AF Institutional Training Program. Battlefield staff rides furnish commanders a unique and powerful leadership development tool, which enables them to accomplish a range of objectives, which benefit the United States Army and the United States Army in Europe both in short and long term.
Battlefield staff rides use battlefields as a metaphor to illuminate and improve the current and future activities, including United States Army leadership and leader performance in a variety of ways.

Work Details
This is a non-personal services contract to provide Battlefield Staff Rides (BSRs), including a Leadership Workshop, En-route Instruction, Battlefield Terrain Walks, and all the logistical support and services required to conduct a successful Battlefield Staff Ride. The USAREUR-AF Battlefield staff ride program offers commanders a wide range of specific objectives and battlefield sites from which to choose. It is essential that battlefields available for these purposes offer a full range of geographic and historical sites available in Europe and the Mediterranean basin.
The battlefield studies shall be available at levels ranging from the strategic down to the tactical.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be adjusted accordingly if award is made after that date and not waived. The contract from this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be a firm fixed unit priced, Indefinite Delivery – Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with a maximum contract amount of $7,000,000.00 for the entire contract period.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at 7th ATC, CATC in Germany.
