Description

Award of a contract on sole source basis for the supply procurement of Japanese operation training devices known as Battle Training Apparatus (BATRA). The procurement action is entered into as part of a Joint Committee Special Measures Agreement between US Forces Japan and the Government of Japan (GOJ) in support of training exercises between the United States Marine Corps (USMC) and Japanese Ground Self-Defense Forces (JGSDF) around Japan.
