Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to expand the capabilities of its Electronics Product Test Center (EPTC) located in Columbus, Ohio. The goal of this contract is to acquire two Force Tester Systems to enhance battery testing capabilities, as DLA is contractually obligated to complete battery Performance Life Testing (PLT) within 30 days of receipt.

This expansion is necessary due to the increasing number of National Stock Numbers (NSNs) being transferred to DLA for PLT testing.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide two Force Tester Systems supplied by Mecmesin, which is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, transportation, supplies, and supervision necessary to deliver and install the systems. Specific details include:
