Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) awarded Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Firm-Fixed-Price ordering provisions to provide engineering, logistics, training, and program management services in support of NSWCPD mission as Lifecycle Manager (LCM) and InService Engineering Agent (ISEA) for US Navy diesel engine systems. The action is for services, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1.
