Background
The contract is for BASE WIDE REFUSE & RECYCLING SERVICES at NAVFACSYSCOM MID ATLANTIC PWD NAVAL STATION GREAT LAKES ILLINOIS. The contract is a Facilities Support, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract with Recurring and Non-Recurring Services for the base and all options. The procurement is 100% set-aside for HUB-Zone small business firms.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform refuse collection, garbage disposal, landfill services, medical waste collection, and disposal and recycling at NAVFACSYSCOM MID ATLANTIC PWD NAVAL STATION GREAT LAKES ILLINOIS.
The Contractor shall provide refuse collection and disposal services for commercial and industrial facilities.
The Contractor shall also secure a landfill site within a 25-mile radius of the Navy installation for the disposal of various waste types.

Period of Performance
The contract contains provisions for a one-year Base Period and four (04) one-year Option periods, not to exceed 60 months. The period of performance will be determined at the time of award.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for the performance of the contract is NAVFACSYSCOM MID ATLANTIC PWD NAVAL STATION GREAT LAKES ILLINOIS.
