Base Telecommunications Services (BTS)

Background
The 99th Communications Squadron (99 CS) and 432nd Support Squadron (432 SPTS) require Contractor support to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, permits, and supervision to deliver highly reliable telecommunications with the current outside cable plant, telephone voice service, and premise infrastructure.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, permits, supervision, and other items and services by delivering highly reliable telecommunications with the current outside cable plant, telephone voice services, and premise infrastructure. The Contractor shall perform Operation and Maintenance required ensuring the Base Telecommunications System (BTS) is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The Performance Work Statement contains detailed information on scope of work, general requirements, system and service outages and trouble calls/tickets, contractor support services, cyberspace infrastructure planning system (CIPS), global positioning system (GPS) service data, work order requirements,
special project requirements,
quality control plan (QCP), contractor's quality control program,
inspection of services,
non-compliance.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple ordering periods: Base Year Ordering Period from April 2024 through March 2025; Year One Ordering Period from April 2025 through March 2026; Year Two Ordering Period from April 2026 through March 2027; Year Three Ordering Period from April 2027 through March 2028; Year Four Ordering Period from April 2028 through March 2029.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include Nellis AFB in Nevada and Creech AFB in Nevada.
