UPDATE 01 May: Please refer to the attachments section for amendment documents and responses to questions. Note proposals deadline extended to 01 June 2020.

UPDATE 17 April: The government intends to provide responses to questions and amendment documents within the weeks of 20 April to 01 May.

UPDATE 23 March: The requested date of 30 March and deadline of 29 April are extended. The proposal deadline is now 13 May. An amendment is forthcoming.
