Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to:

A. Extend the proposal due date to 2:00 PM ET 26 Sep 23.

B. Incorporate revised Attachment 1 - Statement of Work.

C. Incorporate revised Attachment 11 - Schedule B.

D. Incorporate Attachment 16 - Site Visit Sign In Sheet.

E. Incorporate Attachment 17 - Questions and Answers.

F. Add estimated performance period dates in Section F.

Amendment 1:Pre-proposal site visit meeting location has been updated from Dorchester Road to 2316 Red Bank Road. Section L updated as follows:

Pre-Proposal Site Visit: All prospective offerors are highly encouraged to attend a pre-proposal site visit. The site visit ismplanned for 0900 EST 7 Sep 23 . Prospective offerors will meet no later than that time at the following location for transportation via bus to base:

Goose Creek, SC 29445

Prospective offerors seeking attendance are required to submit their names to marilyn.mactaggart@us.af.mil and brandon.rawlings@us.af.mil no later than 4 Sep 23. See Section L of the solicitation for more details.

Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contract to support base pavements maintenance and repairs at Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS), South Carolina. JB CHS encompasses the following locations: Joint Base Charleston - Air Base, Charleston, SC; Joint Base Charleston - Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC; Short Stay Recreational Area, Moncks Corner, SC; North Auxiliary Airfield, North, SC; Defense Fuel Supply Point, Charleston, SC. Vendors will furnish all materials, equipment, transportation, and personnel necessary for project requirements and to manage and accomplish multiple, simultaneous projects.
