Please allow sufficient time to access Ft. Benning. All visitors without a military ID card or a civilian CAC card are required to stop at the Vistor's Center at the front gate of Ft. Benning to request a temporary visitor's pass in order to enter the installation. You must have some form of Government issued identification (driver's license, passport etc.) to obtain the temporary pass.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Benning has a requirement from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Benning to provide a contract for installation activities for Fort Benning, GA and Camp Merrill, GA. The requirement consists of a full spectrum of facility types: dining facilities, barracks, warehouses, admin buildings, bridges, hospitals/clinics, jump towers, worship centers, gyms, air field, etc. The installation consists of approximately 185,000 acres, and 21,000,000 square feet of buildings and structures space. An installation of this size and scope, without contract support will not be able to maintain facilities and personnel health, safety, and welfare. Contractor support is required for the eleven (11) functional areas listed below.

These eleven (11) support areas were used to establish the functional task areas that comprise the Performance Work Statement for this requirement.

This will be a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561210, Facilities Support Services. The small business size standard is $38.5 million. The contract will consist of a phase- in period, a base period and four one-year option periods. The anticipated contract type will be a Hybrid type contract consisting of recurring work order repair and maintenance services (Firm- Fixed-Price), material (Cost) and Individual Job Orders (Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee).
The request for proposal (RFP) number is W911SF-16-R-0012. The RFP will be posted to ASFI/FedBizOpp websites on or about October 19, 2016 with proposals due on December 5, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. eastern standard time . These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent
out in paper copy. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. A question period will be opened at time of solicitation.

Industry Day Site Visit. The Government will hold a site visit at the Fort Benning, GA on November 2, 2016, and beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time. All interested firms may attend with a limit of two (2) attendees per firm. Please complete and submit the pre-proposal reservation form (Attachment A), to the point of contact, via the e-mail address usarmy.benning.hqda- aca.mbx.doc-offer@mail.mil, no later than 10:00 a. m. on October 27, 2016. Technical questions will not be addressed during the course of the site visit. The Government requests all
questions to be in writing to the address listed above. The Government responses to technical questions will be provided in writing via an amendment to the solicitation.
All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
