The United States Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Hamilton has a requirement for
Base Operation Support Services at Fort Hamilton located in Brooklyn, NY. This service requirement is for performance of solid waste management, grounds maintenance, pavement clearance, facility maintenance, heating & cooling services, wastewater services, and pest management services, and includes, but is not limited to, the activities specified in the attachments. The Government anticipates a non-commerical Firm Fixed Price type contract with Cost Reimbursable (no fee) line items for Equipment and Project Work. The anticipated period of performance shall be a one (1) month phase-in, nine (9) month base year plus four (4) option years.
This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible sHUBZones and will utilize NAICS Code 561210 with a size standard of $38.5 Million. Interested HUBZones are encouraged to request a copy of the solicitation as soon as possible, since it will be issued without further notice.
This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a
request for quote. The solicitation will be posted on or about 13 December 2018.
The offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the webpage for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation.
Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.
