Background
The Base Operations Support Contract (BOSC) is issued by the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) for operations at the New Sanno Hotel in Tokyo, Japan.

The mission of this contract is to provide comprehensive support services that include both recurring and non-recurring tasks essential for the efficient operation of the facility. The goal is to ensure that all operational needs are met while adhering to U.S. Government standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and incidental related work to perform the following services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement:

1. Recurring Services (CLIN 0001): Provide ongoing operational support including maintenance and management tasks.

2. Non-Recurring Services (CLIN 0002): Execute specific tasks as required that do not occur regularly.

3. Option Periods: Include similar recurring and non-recurring services for additional years as specified in subsequent CLINs (0003 to 0010). Each CLIN will have specific line item numbers detailing the scope of work and pricing structure based on Japanese Yen.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base period starting from January 1, 2025, with four one-year option periods extending through December 31, 2029.
