Background
The U.S. Naval Support Activity (NSA) Souda Bay, located on the Akrotiri Peninsula in Crete, Greece, is tasked with extending Joint and Fleet Warfighting capabilities through operational support to U.S. Allied and Coalition Forces deployed within the EUCOM/CENTCOM/AFRICOM areas of responsibility.

This solicitation seeks proposals for Base Operations Support (BOS) Services to ensure the operational readiness and security of military personnel and equipment stationed at this strategic location.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a range of services categorized into Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work items. Key tasks include:
1. Management and Administration: Overseeing operations, including staffing and compliance with regulations.
2. Facility Management: Maintenance of buildings and grounds, ensuring safety and functionality.
3. Custodial Services: Cleaning and upkeep of facilities.
4. Pest Control: Management of pest populations to maintain a safe environment.
5. Integrated Solid Waste Management: Efficient waste disposal practices.
6. Grounds Maintenance: Upkeep of outdoor areas to ensure aesthetic appeal and safety.
7. Transportation Services: Facilitating movement of personnel and materials as needed.
8. Supply Services: Managing inventory and distribution of necessary supplies for operations.
9. Galley Services: Providing food services for personnel stationed at NSA Souda Bay.
10. Reporting Requirements: Monthly reports detailing work performed under various Contract Line Items (CLINs).

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of twelve months with options for up to seven additional one-year periods and one six-month period, contingent upon performance evaluations.
