Background
The solicitation is for Base Operations Support (BOS) Services at U.S. Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples, Italy and Outlying Areas. The contract will result in the award of an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Firm-Fixed Priced performance-based type contract for both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work items.

Work Details
The contract contains provisions for one base period of twelve months and includes up to six one-year option periods and three six-month option periods, for a proposed total contract term, if all options are exercised, not-to-exceed 102 months.

The work includes Facility Management, Facility Investment, Custodial, Pest Control, Integrated Solid Waste Management, Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping, Pavement Clearance, Utilities Management, Wastewater, Water (Overseas), Transportation, and Environmental services.

Period of Performance
The contract contains provisions for one base period of twelve months and includes up to six one-year option periods and three six-month option periods, for a proposed total contract term, if all options are exercised, not-to-exceed 102 months.
