Background
The solicitation is for Base Operations Support (BOS) Services at Russell Knox Building, a secure facility aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico, VA. The work includes providing management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary for various services such as preventative maintenance, inspections, custodial services, trash removal, recycling, pest control, grounds maintenance and landscaping, pavement clearance including snow removal, and environmental and transportation services. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) contract with both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work items.

Work Details
The work includes but is not limited to providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to provide services for scheduled preventative maintenance; inspections; testing and maintenance; custodial services; trash removal; recycling; pest control; grounds maintenance and landscaping; pavement clearance, which includes snow removal.
The work will be accomplished under a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work items.

Period of Performance
The contract term will include a base period of twelve (12) months, six (6) one-year option periods and three (3) six-month option periods, which cumulatively will not exceed 102 months if all options are exercised.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Bldg. 27130, Russell Knox Building, a secure facility along with the DSS Annex and Parking Garage at Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia.
