Base Operations Support at Fort Stewart and Hunter AAF   3

This is a sources-sought notice to determine market conditions for establishing a non-personal services contract to provide DPW support services for Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) work; Demand Maintenance Order (DMO) work; Preventive Maintenance Order (PMO) Work, and Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) services at Fort Stewart, GA and satellite installations. The Contractor shall provide support services for barracks maintenance, ITM work on specified elevators and lifts, generators, engine driven fire pumps, fire pumps, air compressors, cranes and hoists, electronic lock systems, fire protection systems (FPS) which includes fire suppression systems (FSS) and fire detection and alarm systems (FDAS), and mass notification system (MNS); DMO work on specified elevators and lifts, generators, engine driven fire pumps, air compressors, cranes, hoists, electronic lock systems, fire protection systems (FPS), and mass notification systems (MNS) on all infrastructure including facilities, exhaust vents, structures, grounds, improvements, appurtenances, and associated plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and utility service systems in all designated facilities; and SRM services on all infrastructure including facilities, structures, grounds, improvements, appurtenances, and associated plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and utility service systems in all designated facilities. Approximately 1500-2000 buildings with various subsystems may be maintained as part of this requirement. An early draft of the PWS is provided.
