Background
The U.S. Marine Corps is seeking Base Operating Support Services for the Marine Corps Air Station located in Iwakuni, Japan. The goal of this contract is to ensure effective operational support and maintenance services that align with the mission of the Marine Corps, which includes maintaining readiness and supporting military operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive base operating support services, which may include but are not limited to: facility management, logistics support, maintenance services, and administrative support.

The evaluation of proposals will consider three non-cost/price factors:
1) Safety - rated as Acceptable or Unacceptable;
2) Experience - focusing on the volume of work completed relevant to the solicitation;
3) Past Performance - assessing how well contractors have performed on previous contracts.

Proposals must demonstrate relevant experience across multiple functional annexes and provide detailed descriptions of past projects, including scope, relevancy to project requirements, and project value. Offerors are encouraged to include experience from joint ventures or subcontractors where applicable.
