The Department of the Air Force invites your company to submit a proposal

for the 96 Test System Squadron's (96TSSQ) Base-Level Software Support

Services (BLSS) V. These services include purchasing of commercial

software, software maintenance, and bundled maintenance. Other related

services include filing purchases and license information, database operations

and maintenance, report generation, and general support to address software,

documentation, and licensing issues.

This will be a competitive, 8(a), small business set-aside. The Air Force

intends to use a Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable source selection

conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15,

Contracting by Negotiation, as supplemented by the Defense Federal

Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), the Air Force Federal

Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS), Department of Defense (DoD)

Source Selection Procedures, Appendix B, and Air Force Mandatory

Procedures 5315.3. The aforementioned regulations are available at the

following website: https://acquisition.gov/.

The Government intends to evaluate proposals and make award without

discussions.

The resulting contract will be a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite

Quantity (IDIQ) contract to a single offeror. The ordering period will include a 5

-base, and a 5-year option period, with an estimated period of performance no

longer than 10 years after contract award.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519, which

has a size standard of $30.0M.
