This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 812320, and the applicable PSC is S209. This acquisition will be made as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with a size standard of $5.5 million.

Please see attachment 1, PWS: Base Laundry and Drycleaning, for detailed description of services required. A Pricing Schedule is incorporated as Attachment 2, Pricing Schedule. Vendors shall complete the attachment in its entirety and return with any other documentation/data as required.

This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price per the Contract Line Item Number structure outlined in Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule.

Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition will be made as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with a size standard of $5.5 million.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform laundry and dry-cleaning services for Vandenberg SFB (VSFB) industry standard practices and as required in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include meeting laundry service delivery standards, scheduling deliveries, special/express laundry schedule, pick-up and delivery schedules, workdays exclusion criteria, and exchange of signed receipts between the Contractor and the Linen Exchange Supervisor.

Period of Performance
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through 2024-01. The solicitation is anticipated to be awarded by 11 December 2023.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Vandenberg SFB (VSFB) according to industry standard practices.
