USACE Sacramento District will issue an RFP for a FFP contract for Base Integrated Environmental Support Tasks (BIEST) located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.

All Questions regarding this SYNOPSIS must be submitted in writing to Joseph Warby at joseph.d.warby@usace.army.mil with the subject Synopsis for W91238-22-R-0011 . This acquisition is to be competed as full and open. The synopsis is for the purpose of pre-solicitation notification only.

The Sacramento District, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers Intends to issue Solicitation W91238-22-R-0011 for a Firm Fixed Price single award contract for Base Integrated Environmental Support Services. The subject tasks of this contract include Air Quality Evaluation, Data Management, Hazardous Material Management and Containment Response, Emergency Planning Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) Support and Reporting, Water Quality Evaluation, Environmental Systems Management, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Support and Reporting. Wage determinations will be incorporated within the contract. This will be a performance-based procurement.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541620 Environmental Consulting Services with an associated Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, of $16,500.000.

The Solicitation will be issued via internet only on the beta.SAM Website at https://SAM.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via beta.SAM only. It is the contractors' responsibility to check the above listed internet address daily for any posed changes to the solicitation. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due date and time.

Solicitation issue date is on or about 24 November 2021. Proposals are anticipated to be due on or about 12 December 2021.
