This Request for Proposal is for the Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Please be sure to read all attachments.

Background
The Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract is issued by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Enterprise IT & Cyber Infrastructure Division. The purpose of this contract is to modernize and operate network infrastructure at United States Department of the Air Force (DAF) bases throughout the world. The contract aims to modernize and operate the Base Area Network (BAN).

Work Details
The scope of work includes furnishing, upgrading, designing, testing, installing, and maintaining all NIPR and SIPR BAN wired and wireless components. This includes operating, monitoring, and sustaining the network according to the included requirements. The Contractor will be responsible for delivering, operating, and maintaining a modernized network infrastructure as described by each Task Order. The specific tasks include site survey, design & architecture, modernization, studies & analysis, and ancillary services & materials.

Place of Performance
This enterprise effort will support the worldwide presence of all USAF, USSF, Reserve, and Guard bases/garrisons and associated GSUs within the CONUS and OCONUS.
