Base Camera PMI

Background
The purpose of this requirement is to provide preventive and emergency maintenance services for the 7 SFS Pelco Camera System at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas.
The contract aims to ensure the operational readiness and reliability of the camera system, which is critical for security and surveillance operations at the base.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Troubleshoot and repair down cameras as a one-time service in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2. Conduct annual preventive maintenance and inspection for 40 cameras, which includes camera cleaning, system inspection, and creating a system deficiency list.
3. Provide an annual camera license renewal update for 40 cameras as per the PWS.
4. Offer on-call emergency repair service visits if required.
The services must comply with all requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement dated March 18, 2025.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with options to extend through June 30, 2028.
