PROJECT: Barkley Dam, Spillway Gates Mechanical & Electrical Rehab

The contract resulting from this solicitation will consist of removing and replacing the existing mechanical componenents and electrical systems of the spillway gates at Barkley Dam in accordance with the plans and specifications.

The NAICS code for this project is 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction), with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. The magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000.

The documents describing this requirement are provided by attachment and are listed in DFARS Clause 252.236-7001, contained herein.

TYPE OF SET ASIDE: This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.

Central Contractor Registration and ORCA are now available through the System for Award Management (SAM), available at www.sam.gov. Bidders must comply with the requirements of FAR 52.204-7, 52.232-22, and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitation through SAM. Please note: SAM is completely free of charge for both registrants and use.

2) Edit FAR 52.236-27 (Alt 1) to change site visit date from 3 August 2022, to 2 August 2022 at 10:00 AM.

3) Update FAR 52.252-3 Alterations in Solicitations
