Description

This was an urgent requirement for the removal of a dilapated barge that was lodged against the David D. Terry Dam at navigational mile 108.1 of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System. This was sole sourced to Big River Shipbuilders Inc. (CAGE: 06BJ4). Authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
