BANGKOK ASQ HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS IDIQ FY21   2

The Embassy is seeking the provision of local ASQ hotel accommodations from qualified vendors located in central Bangkok. Hotels must be officially registered under the Government of Thailand Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) Program. This solicitation will be issued via the BetaSAM.gov website. No paper copies will be mailed.

The government intends to award multiple Indefinite Deliver Indefinite Quantity contracts resulting from this solicitation to responsive and qualified offerors. The Government may award the order based on initial offer, without discussion. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. Electronic submissions will not be accepted.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
