Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD has awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Contract to Amentum for ISR data processing in support of the Broad Area Maritime Surveillance Demonstrator (BAMS-D) Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) in total amount of $48,900,820.85 for a base and four options.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
