Work Details
The contractor will provide snow removal services including:

1. **Plowing of the Site**: Complete clearing of designated driveway and parking areas when there is 3 inches or more of new snow, performed on weekdays outside business hours (6 AM to 6 PM). Morning plowing must be completed before 6 AM. If snowfall occurs over the weekend, plowing may occur Sunday evening if no additional snow is expected overnight. The contractor must coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for additional plowings and snow storage locations.

2. **Salting of Parking Lots**: Application of deicing salt when temperatures are above 20°F, using vehicle-mounted spreading equipment. The contractor must have materials available within 24 hours upon request from the COR during emergency conditions.

3. **Work Tracking**: The contractor must notify the COR via text or email within 24 hours after performing any work under this contract to maintain accurate records. No snow removal will occur on National Holidays unless negotiated otherwise.

4. **Performance Standards**: Two or more missed occurrences of plowing or salting will be considered unsatisfactory performance.

Base Year: January 12, 2026 – January 11, 2027; Option Year 1: January 12, 2027 – January 11, 2028; Option Year 2: January 12, 2028 – January 11, 2029; Option Year 3: January 12, 2029 – January 11, 2030; Option Year 4: January 12, 2030 – January 11, 2031.
