The purpose of this amendment is to:

  • Include NAVFAC P-307 June 2016 requirements for Weight Handling Program Management (Attached)
  • Include requirements for EM-385-1-1 USACE Safety and Health Requirements- see link:

(https://www.publications.usace.army.mil/USACE-Publications/Engineer-Manuals/)

  • Provide Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs) responses; all PPIs are hereby answered.

The proposal due date remains unchanged; Friday 07 February 2020 at 14:00 Central European Time (CET).

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Construction projects to be performed w ill primarily consist of general building type projects (new construction,renovations, alterations, demolition, repair w ork, and any necessary design) including: w aterfront, pier, quay, industrial, airfield, aircraft hangar, infrastructure, administrative, training, retail, food service, dormitory, community support facilities and both vertical and horizontal construction for Department of Defense activities in the Bahrain and UAE areas managed by NAVFAC EURAFCENT
