Description

The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD awarded an Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) to Crew Training International (CTI), Memphis, TN 38125, for the procurement of In-Country pilot and maintainer training, as well as aircraft maintenance, on behalf of the Kingdom of Bahrain with a Not To Exceed (NTE) Value of $9,704,617. The services will be completed in Bahrain to support twelve AH-1Z aircraft being delivered in 2022. A firm fixed price (FFP) NTE contract was funded with Country of Bahrain Foreign Military Sales funds (FMS).

This action was awarded on a sole source basis with Crew Training International, Inc. (CTI), Memphis, TN, in accordance with FAR 6.302-4 Circumstances permitting other than full and open competition - International Agreement. This notice is for information purposes only.
