Bagged and Mermite Meals for the Vermont National Guard

Background
The Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) has a requirement for bagged meals and hot mermite meals to be delivered to the Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, Vermont.

This contract supports Inactive Duty Training (IDT), Annual Training (AT), and other tenant units training at the range. The goal is to centralize the procurement of these meals for units within a one-hour commute of the firing range, ensuring that service members have access to necessary food services during training events.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to prepare and deliver bagged meals as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services will include:
1) Delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner bagged meals;
2) Compliance with specific meal counts based on requests from training units;
3) Issuance of task orders based on submitted meal counts;
4) Maintenance of an adequate workforce for uninterrupted service;
5) Adherence to installation regulations and security protocols;
6) Invoicing through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF);
7) Task orders may be decentralized with prior approval from designated Points of Contact (POC).

The contractor must also ensure that all employees are familiar with installation regulations and carry proper identification at all times.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from February 16, 2026, to September 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance is primarily at the Ethan Allen Firing Range located in Jericho, Vermont.
