Badger Flow Meter Maintenance

Background
The Letterkenny Army Depot Directorate of Public Works is seeking preventative maintenance for Badger flow meters located in the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWTP). The goal of this contract is to ensure that the flow meters function properly to maintain environmental standards. This requirement will be fulfilled through a purchase order consisting of one Base Year and four Option Years.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to perform preventive maintenance and repair services for Flow Meter Systems at the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Groundwater Treatment Plant. Specific tasks include: Quarterly Maintenance of Badger Flow Meters for a total of four lots each year for the Base Year and each of the four Option Years. The contractor must adhere to quality control standards and provide commercial warranties for the services delivered.

Period of Performance
One Base Year of twelve months and four additional twelve-month Option Years.

The current BADGER FLOW METER MAINTENANCE requirement similarly calls for preventative maintenance (quarterly) of Badger flow meters located at the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant to keep operations within environmental standards, which appears to be a continuation of the same meter maintenance scope.
