Backup Data Tape Storage Services

This contract opportunity is for the transportation and storage of backup data tapes as part of the CSOSA's Disaster Recovery Plan and Continuity of Operations Plan. The contractor will be responsible for picking up the backup tapes once a week from the CSOSA location in Washington, DC and storing them in a secured facility. The tapes must be available to authorized CSOSA personnel 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, including federal holidays. The contractor must maintain a chain of custody trail using electronic means and store the tapes in locked sealed containers. The period of performance for this task order includes a base period and four option periods, spanning from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2027. All work will be performed at the specified locations in Washington, DC.
