ID: FA860625CB004 • Type: Award Notice

Description

This posting is to provide notice of contract award for the BA-X Program Contract. This contract action was not awarded competitively IAW FAR 6.302-1 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Butler Parachute Systems is the only company that can satisfy the USAF Form 1067 and the BA-X Program Specification Requirements. The Butler Parachute Systems BA-30 is the only back-automatic, low-profile parachute capable of meeting all the Government's requirements, to include passing safe-to-fly testing, within USAF program objectives.
