Description

This is a special notice for information purposes only. The 23d Contracting Squadron is anticipating making a single source award to Butler Parachute Systems, Inc. The HQ USAF/A3S issued Air Force Personnel Parachute Program (PPP) Approve For Use List (AUL) item. This Low Profile Parachutes Assembly and the acessories are as follow:

This notice is for market research purposes only. If the government decides to continue as a single source a justification and approval document will be completed in accordance with FAR 6.303; Justifications and posted to SAM.gov in accordance with FAR 6.305; Availability of the Justification.. All inquiries on this action must be submitted by email to the POC: eulalia.belin@us.af.mil, NO LATER THAN 13 June 2023 @ 11:00 A.M Eastern Standard Time. This is NOT a request for proposal and does NOT constitute any commitment by the Government. Responses to this Special Notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
