Background
The solicitation is issued by the 76th Software Engineering Group (76 SWEG) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The mission of the agency is to provide advanced engineering and technical support for the U.S. Air Force. The goal of this contract is to design, purchase, and install a comprehensive security system that includes an Access Control System (ACS), an Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) to enhance security measures at the base.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver the following items:
1. One (1) Genetec Access Control System (ACS)
2. One (1) Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS)
3. Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV)

The work includes design, installation, performance verification, and training related to these systems. All items must be packaged according to commercial best practices to ensure undamaged arrival at the destination. Individual shipments exceeding 150 pounds or specific dimensions must be packaged on skidded crates or palletized for forklift handling. The exterior container must be marked 'NOT FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE'.

Inspection and acceptance will occur at Tinker AFB, with specific criteria outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
